These are bigger dia. anchors used for Rotator Cuff Repair. The anchor is made from non absorbable PEEK - Polyether ether ketone material & the suture is UHMWPE �" Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene.
The main advantage of PEEK anchors is that they are radiolucent & easy to drill out during revision surgery.

  • Pre-loaded with double or triple USP #2 LigaFIBRE.
  • Fully threaded.
  • Dual thread- Cortical & cancellous threads to maximize pull out strength by independently engaging the cortex & cancellous bones.
  • Cannulated anchor to channel the blood to the surface.
  • Suture is placed inside the anchor head to reduce friction between the suture & the tissue.
  • Laser marking at the tip of the anchor handle to orient the suture eyelet.
  • Available in 4.5 mm & 5.5 mm dia. anchors. The 5.5 mm anchors can be double loaded or triple loaded.
