These are bigger dia. anchors used for Rotator Cuff Repair. The anchor is made from non absorbable PEEK - Polyether ether ketone material & the suture is UHMWPE - Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene.
The main advantage of PEEK anchors is that they are radiolucent & easy to drill out during revision surgery.
