These are bigger dia. anchors used for Rotator Cuff Repair. The anchor is made from titanium alloy – Ti6Al4V & the suture is UHMWPE – Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene.

Titanium anchors provide good strength and are relatively easy to insert, and can easily be evaluated on an X-ray.
